Taiya Rae
Housing Coordinator
Taiya is our Housing Coordinator. Born in Tacoma, she attended Charles Wright and found her way to Spinnaker after graduation. She has lived in Graham, University Place and Olalla Washington. Taiya’s first career is working here at Spinnaker Property Management and she loves having the experience of working at Spinnaker.
She plays a crucial role in collaborating with local low-income housing partners, such as the Tacoma Housing Authority and Pierce County Housing Authority. She coordinates property inspections and provides essential support to our low-income tenants, helping to ensure safe and accessible housing for all.
Taiya is super into cars and loves spending time going to car meets and looking at beautiful cars. She also loves to travel and plans to travel more throughout her life. She has been to five countries and visits her best friend in sunny Florida often. At home, Taiya has two cats and a dog. She enjoys painting and being a really great friend.
