This is BY FAR the best property management group I've EVER been with. We had issues with the people we chose to live with and spinnaker was able to get us a new apartment within a month and made everything as easy and affordable as possible. From start to finish our experience with Spinnaker was remarkable. At a time when finding an organization that is truly committed to service is a difficult thing to do, this was exceptional. It started with a fantastic marketing effort. The pictures and write up used to describe our home were spot on. We expected our home to be difficult to rent because it is unique, large and a bit out of most peoples range financially. That was all overcome completely by the manner in which Mark and his team put together the story.Within less than 24 hours we had two inquiries and within two weeks we had a renter. Not only is our renter well-qualified, they are a fit for what the Spinnaker team knew we were hoping for. (This is a home we intend to keep in the family for many years and accordingly we were concerned about how it would be treated. )The Spinnaker team was fantastic to work with throughout the process of showing the home. Once the renter was located, they also provided us with a connection to a fantastic service for cleaning that helped us a great deal in our preparation of the home for the new tenants.Finally, all of the administration - contracts, arrangements for financial transactions etc. - were coached and assisted by the Spinnaker team. This build a lot of confidence for us as well because it’s been years since we’ve had anything to do with a rental and much has changed from a legal perspective.I would highly recommend Mark and his team to anybody whether you’re looking to rent or trying to find tenants for your property

My roommates and I were a bit nervous moving into our first home a couple months ago but we love our new place! My family and I were so lucky to be approved by Spinnaker PM. It was our first time renting a home as a married couple. Holly and her staff has gone above and beyond with our needs. We stayed in the home for almost 3 yrs and due to work we had to sadly give up on our lease. Recently moved in to a townhouse managed by this company and I have no complaints! Taya and Cameron have been so quick and polite to any of our needs. The unit was in great condition when we moved in and they made sure it was in top shape. They are very responsive I never have to wait for a call back. I thought we would never find a place to rent. This house popped up on Zillow. Within a few hours I had viewed the house. I talked to Cameron about the application process. He answered all my questions HONESTLY! AND encouraged us to apply. So we did. Within roughly 24 hours we were approved. He explained what the next steps were. We put the deposit down to secure the house. This was the first company/ person to be honest with me. We had looked at and applied to over 50 houses between myself and husband. It was crazy. We were denied for every reason out there. IF the management company even responded. I recommend these guys. They were fast, polite, easy to work with. I even dropped off paperwork 5 mins after they closed. People were locking up and leaving. Nobody said anything negative. They didn't look down on me. They all had smiles on their faces. Took my paperwork and told me they'd get to it in the morning. ( Which they did and let me know they got it taken care of for me) One guy even asked how the house was. I was shocked that they seemed to care. Not just a check coming in. It was great.
