Kathy Talerico on her role as Senior Accountant
Kathy Talerico teaches us about the Spinnaker Property Management Owner Portal.
I have been in property management for 2 years. I have a background in accounting/bookkeeping for approximately 35 years in many different fields such as travel agent, residential excavation and trucking, mobility equipment supplier, commercial construction for an Alaskan native corporation, metal roof sales, retail sales and currently Spinnaker Property Management.
I am the Accounting Manager for Spinnaker Property Management. I handle all the funds for new move in’s, rent and utilities paid by tenants. I also pay all bills on behalf of owners and make owner distributions. I handle payroll, taxes, employment records, medical enrollment and 401(k) plans.
I am a people person so I love the interactions with both owners and tenants. I especially love the incredible team we have here at Spinnaker. We support each other in all aspects of our business.
When not at work you will probably find me at my craft table. I love working on projects, mostly working with vinyl. I love making wood signs and personalized t-shirts. I also love my two very large dogs and my small little cat. I love going to the movies and hanging out with friends.
