Director of Operations
Holly is an expert in the world of property management. As someone who has been in the industry for over 25 years, she knows every aspect of the business. Holly has helped Spinnaker grow to the great company that it is today and is a pioneering member of the team. She had just started working with Mark Melsness, at Windermere Property Management in April of 2016 when the birth of Spinnaker Property Management fell into her lap. Holly currently holds the position of Director of Operations for Spinnaker and oversees every aspect of the busy company.
In 1995, Holly started at the company as the only employee other than an accountant – this was just the very beginning of a successful partnership. Back then, Holly began taking care of nearly all aspects of the business and day to day operations. From office management, sales, maintenance and every other thing you can think of, she managed it and helped establish the roles that now exist within the company. She loves being a part of the original team at Spinnaker and looks forward to the exciting future Spinnaker has on the horizon.
Holly loves spending time with her husband, children and her adorable chihuahuas.
