Gary "Dean" Kittleson
Dean joins us after many years in the property management industry having lead teams of over 25 people, supervising renovations and lease ups and day to day maintenance of many types of properties. A maintenance “rover” for Rush Properties, Dean was promoted to a regional maintenance supervisor for Rush. Dean met Mark Melsness, Spinnaker’s owner, through a business relationship with Edison 47 and the rest of history. “I flipped 24 Tacoma area homes in 26 months – and ran a crew of 26 for Rush and Edison – but was looking for a change.”
Though a shift from what he is used to, Dean enjoys the Spinnaker culture of serving others and working closely as a team to solve resident and owner client challenges.
Dean’s wife is one of six female ferry boat captains for the Washington State Ferry system. Dean insisted she is part of his story and contributes to his success, he beams with pride for her accomplishments. The couple just bought a 2.5 acre home site near Purdy Spit – own several Harley motorcycles – and spend their time riding the roads of the Kitsap County area and fishing in the Puget Sound.
