Business Development Assistant (BDA)
Full Time Position (hourly)

Position Summery:
An individual of a team who supports the Business Development Manager as well as Business Development Representative with data entry of new owners, properties and tenants generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and prospecting to prospective clients generated from cold calls, refers or marketing, through existing business accounts to build portfolios and lastly engaging with potential buyers as well as single family homeowners who find themselves as accidental investors.
- Responsibilities:
- Enter a training program of job shadowing, learning how to process data enter new accounts.
- Monitor sales opportunities gained from marketing campaigns.
- Set up meetings, zoom meeting or calls between (prospective) clients and BDM/BDR.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospective clients.
- Assist in all new account data entry for owners, properties, and tenants.
- Report to the Business Development Manager and Team on weekly sales results.
- Stay up-to-date with new law/market trends through weekly sales meetings in conjunction with the Leasing Department.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales is preferred.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be attentive to customers’ needs and determined to provide customer satisfaction.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of sales standards and customer service routines.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft products.
- Work well with others in a team atmosphere.
- Ability to manage mutable schedules.

Respond to potential clients to establish rapport, answer entry level questions and arrange a meeting to assess asset and present services, mission, and value of contacting with professional management and how we can give clients peace of mind by Identifying client needs and suggest appropriate level of service
Build long-term trusting relationships with prospective clients
Assist in all new account data entry for owners, properties, and tenants
Report to the Business Development Manager and Team on weekly sales results
Stay up-to-date with new law/market trends through weekly sales meetings in conjunction with the Leasing Department
Qualifications:
Experience in sales or marketing position
Experience with CRM software
Proficiency in Microsoft Products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Leasing Agent
Job Description
A Leasing Professional is someone with excellent customer service and a proven track record in stabilizing occupancy for vacant homes. Someone who enjoys interacting with a variety of people on a daily basis, enjoys a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, and welcomes change.
Responsibilities
- Catalyst for occupancy stabilization throughout the portfolio
- Flexibility to show/ tour single family, multi family, challenged assets, different property types, sizes and various locations throughout the Puget Sound
- Leading team by example via exercise in exceptional closing skills
- Provide initial positive experience to the future resident and existing residents
- Maintain working knowledge of Fair Housing, company policies and procedures and local Landlord/Tenant laws
Qualifications
- 2 years recent experience in sales or leasing
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Knowledge of computer operating systems (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Knowledge of Fair Housing – Huge Plus
- Knowledge of Appfolio – Huge Plus
Position Responsibilities
- Receive and answer phone calls, walk-in’s and e-mail inquiries regarding listings
- Pre-qualify prospects prior to showings
- Schedule showing convenient to the prospect before and after normal business hours
- Use high level relation and sales skills to create urgency and commitment for the prospect
- Direct and assist prospect with application process

Maintenance Tech
Position Responsibilities
- Preventative maintenance responsibilities include wall repair, paint, trash removal, replacing blinds, replacing toilet seats, etc.
- Refurbish vacant apartments in a timely fashion (make readies) prior to resident occupancy.
- Experience with appliance repair and diagnosis.
- Maintain grounds and cleanliness of communities including trash pick-up, pressure washing, operating leaf blower, etc.
- Perform electrical repairs on items such as fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits, testing and resetting GFI, resetting breakers etc.
- Plumbing responsibilities include ability to snake, rebuild or replace toilets, and shut off water valves, garbage disposal.
- Perform carpentry work, such as fitting doors, replacing blinds and building shelves, etc.
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Complement of tools specific for the work scope above
Wage $28.00 – $33.00, with a competitive benefits package, commensurate with experience, will be offered to the right candidate.

Minimum Requirements
- MUST have VALID Drivers License
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two year prior work experience in home/apartment maintenance in the property management industry.
- Exceptional customer service aptitude, including problem solving skills and ability to respond quickly and tactfully to customer requests.
- Knowledge of and/or training in Federal Fair Housing Laws and Landlord/Tenant laws a HUGE plus.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Dependable, self-motivated and organized individual skilled at multi-tasking, meeting deadlines and producing quality work.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team; positive attitude a must.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with diverse populations.
